This past year (and it goes on…) sure has been a time to test our ability to pivot and be flexible. Agree? The ability to change plans when the world throws you a curve ball is an advantage, I believe. Many people have had to do it.
I believe that if you grew up with many changes, due to your own choices or not, you are better prepared when you are forced to pivot. What do you think?
It’s like practicing to think outside the box. Building new habits creates new neurological connections in your brain; so make sure those new habits are healthy for you and make you feel good.
