When I was much younger, my dad often said :”so what?” I would think, what does he mean by “so what?” And yes, teenagers think they know everything yet they still have so much to experience and learn…What I do know is that he said “so what” to events or statements that were not worth getting worried or stressed about.
Sometimes we get stuck on silly arguments, events or something we or someone else said and our “monkey mind” goes over and over this thing until it gets totally blown out of proportion. Agree? If you can just blow it away like an imaginary cloud floating by, it will pass. It’s not worth holding on to it, if it is causing you sadness, anger or stress. Continuous stress is bad for our health.
So, let’s surrender and breath into every moment of peace and joy that we find.
Enjoy your day, sweet friends!
