Being thankful or grateful is essential for feeling better. You can even make it a daily practice.
I’m grateful for my friends (and family). Friendships are so important to us humans. And there are all kinds, right? Whether you have a few or a handful or a bunch of close friends, the number isn’t important. What’s important is knowing that they are there for you and you for them. Agree?
So, reach out to those friends you haven’t talked to in a while. Make an appointment to meet. This crazy pandemic period brought us Zoom which allowed us to reconnect with friends far away that we hadn’t caught up with in long.
Also, not all my friends are on social media, so that involves a different engagement. Longer in between meet-ups but deeper connections when they happen. Sometimes.
Lastly, friendship is a give and take, a 2- way street. So, don’t hold grudges, but listen and hug and laugh together. We only live once!
Be well sweet friends! Don’t stand alone, find your pack, your tribe, your community.
